WARWICK — On Saturday, 3 October 2026, the parish of Saint Peter, 350 Fair Street, will bless animals at 12pm in the school yard. Parishioners and visitors may bring their pets and other animals for the blessing, which will be offered in honor of Saint Francis of Assisi, whose feast is celebrated on 4 October.
The following day, Sunday, 4 October, the parish of Saint Timothy, 1799 Warwick Avenue, will offer a blessing of animals at 1pm in the rear parking lot by the church entrance. In case of rain, the blessing will take place in the church vestibule.
All God’s creatures are welcome.
